IT-Support Specialist (m/f)
Responsibilities
- Deals with product and/or service-related support issues and queries
- Supports clients and potential clients via e-mail, telephone or Live Meeting
- Creates and administrates product documentation
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship or similar training as a IT specialist, system integrator or similar
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented thinker
- Substantial experience in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows clients und servers
- Experience in the use and implementation of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft SharePoint Server is desirable but not mandatory
- Certified to MCP, MCSE or similar is desirable but not mandatory

.NET-Developer (m/f)
Responsibilities
- Creates and implements .NET applications for the integration of Project Server and external systems
- Consults and advises colleagues and clients regarding new developments and updates
- Assesses and analyzes proprietary concepts and evaluates development efforts
- Creates software design prototypes for all relevant software components
- Supports quality managers with error and fault identification and resolves issues arising from them
- Provides support with problem analysis and resolution concerning all relevant issues within the productive environment
Your Profile
- Completed apprenticeship or similar training within the IT industry with a focus on application design or information systems
- Previous experience with data base design
- Previous experience with .NET development Previous experience with Visual Studio Team System/Team Foundation Server
- Previous experience with developing bi-directional interface and/or system integration solutions is highly desirable
- Previous experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft SharePoint Server is desirable but not mandatory
- Certified to MCP/MPCD standard desirable but not mandatory
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Able to work independently in a structured and analytical fashion
